Refund policy

At AVogue, we trade in ready-made jewelry pieces that are carefully selected and quality-checked before dispatch. Since we do not manufacture or customize the products, we maintain a strict exchange-only policy.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only applicable in case of a defective or damaged product.

Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the defect.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned with all tags intact.

Please Note
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Exchange will be processed only after inspection and approval of the returned item.

If the defect is confirmed, we will ship a replacement piece at no additional cost.

Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer unless stated otherwise.
