At AVogue, we aim to deliver your jewelry as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how and when your order will be processed and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time
· All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
· You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been packed and shipped, along with a tracking link.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
· Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days depending on your location.
· Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, high-volume periods, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
· Free Shipping is available on all orders above ₹2000.
· For orders below ₹2000, a standard shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Ordes
· Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
· You can use this to track your parcel on the courier partner’s website or app.
5. Delivery Address
· Please make sure your shipping address and contact number are correct while placing the order.
· We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete information.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
· COD is available on eligible orders at checkout.
· Additional COD charges may apply as displayed during the order process.
· Please ensure someone is available at the address to receive and pay for the package.
7. Delivery Issues
If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it:
· Kindly check with neighbors or the security desk.
· Contact us within 24 hours of the delivery status update so we can help resolve the issue.
